We collect as little as possible and never sell your information. This page explains what we keep and why.
1. What we collect
When you sign up: your name, email address, WhatsApp number and a securely hashed password. When you post: the details and photos you add. When you report a post: the reason and any details you write.
2. What others can see
Business pages show the contact details the business adds. For individuals, only your first name is shown on ads; your phone number is shown only when a visitor taps “Show number”, and that is limited to protect you from spam. Your email address is never shown.
3. Visit statistics
To show owners how many people viewed their page, we count visits using a code that changes every day. We do not store IP addresses for statistics, and raw visit records are deleted after 35 days.
4. Cookies
We use one cookie to remember your language and, when you log in, one secure cookie to keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
5. Services we use
Photos are stored with Cloudinary, emails such as verification codes are sent through Brevo, and errors are reported to Sentry. They only receive what is needed to provide their service.
6. How long we keep it
Your account and posts are kept until you delete them or ask us to. Expired posts stay in your dashboard so you can renew them. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes.
7. Your choices
You can edit or delete your posts at any time from your dashboard, and you can ask us to delete your account and its information by contacting us.
